Quarter Marathon Overview

Course Description

The race course is an open course. Runners must follow all signage indicating which side of the road/pathway to run and be aware of other pathway users, bikes, pets, and wildlife.

The Quarter Marathon will start at the Village Road Transit Center/Stilson Lot and will join the Marathon and Half Marathon course heading north on the Jackson Community Pathway System to Teton Village, finishing on the Village Commons. Note: the last .1 miles of the course are on grass (and are slightly uphill), but then there’s beer so you’ll make it.

Quarter Marathon Morning Race Shuttle:

Quarter Marathoners can purchase a ticket on RunSignUp for the one-way, pre-race shuttle which will take them from the Ranch Lot in Teton Village to the start line at the Village Road Transit Center/Stilson Lot. There is no post-race shuttle. Check out the Transportation page for more information on how to get to your race start.

9:30am: Quarter Marathon shuttle departs from the Teton Village Ranch Lot (map) (arriving at the Quarter Marathon start ~9:40am)

Shuttles will not wait. Do not be late.

Aid Stations:

Powerade and water: Miles 1.9, 3.5, 5.2 (distances are approximate.)
This is a cupless race so there will not be cups available at aid stations. Plan to carry your own collapsible cup, bottle, or other hydration system.
